From the perspective of an education expert, what special meaning does the first day of school have for students, teachers and society as a whole?
The opening day of school is a special day, the day of the beginning of learning and working, full of aspirations, big goals and aspirations.
Students on the first day of school carry with them a new journey of knowledge, new clothes, exuding excitement, motivation and expressing hope.
Teachers carry great ambitions, entrusting them to their beloved students, hoping to impart much knowledge to them. Society hopes and places all its trust in the young generation. A new school year begins with many meaningful messages...
What should we do to make the first day of school always retain its meaning and value?
The first day of school creates motivation for a school year with many good results, a day of joy. Therefore, let's create a very meaningful first day of school and bring many positive images and connections. The school conveys the valuable message of learning, with effort comes good results, "with hard work, iron can be turned into needles". At the same time, combine showing the children videos of workers in factories working hard, soldiers on remote islands, dangerous borders; images of parents working in the sun and rain. From there, help promote motivation and continuous effort in each student.
Moreover, there needs to be a scenario for the opening day of school with the presence of students, teachers and parents, representatives of the social authorities, and a good image of synchronous education from school - family - society. This is necessary, so that everyone can educate together, work together and create kind and happy educational products.
In your opinion, what is a “kind, happy educational product”? And why do we need to create such products?
In my opinion, the product of a decent and happy education is to train people to become people with good personalities, knowledge, and the ability to apply knowledge to make themselves happy and spread it to the community.
If there are many products of good education, the burdens on families and society will be reduced. Young people with knowledge, morality and happiness will make life beautiful and spread good values to everyone around.
Can you share the criteria for evaluating an educational product that can be considered "kind and happy"?
In my opinion, some manifestations that show a person is kind and happy are love, respect for others and compassion, knowledge and kindness, responsibility. Loving yourself and others is an important criterion to evaluate a product that is considered kind and happy. From there, they will have appropriate behaviors. Knowing how to respect yourself and others, respecting nature and community values is also a profound manifestation of kind education. Being responsible for yourself and those around you, loving your country and joining hands to build the value of peace...

In your opinion, what factors make a decent and happy educational product?
To create a kind and happy educational product, there must be a deep training process in educational philosophy, content and form. In addition, there must be approaches to learners, experiential playgrounds and application environments; supervision and guidance are important factors to create kind and responsible people.
Supervision and guidance is a difficult and important stage, when supervision helps students grow up every day, receive timely feedback and change, live well and kindly together, and be happy together.
In my opinion, using love to educate young people is the core value. Love brings warmth to young people, makes them feel the altruism of educators, the energy of love can change a person and overshadow the great differences to reach the community.
What do you think are the biggest challenges we face in creating kind and happy educational products?
The big challenge in many places is the lack of consistent education in schools, families and society; the lack of good examples in the process of training good and happy educational products. If the family lacks happiness and has bad examples, it is very difficult to train a good and happy product.
Young people have the freedom to choose their own lifestyle and brand image. Let's instill in the young generation a kind and responsible lifestyle, that's important.
So what to do to address these challenges, what is the role of policy and educational environment in promoting the creation of decent educational products?
Every educator must be aware of their role in setting good examples, schools need to build a team of teachers with professional quality, a positive and strong working spirit. Through training programs and increased income, teachers can be dedicated to education to help students be happy and live a decent life. Happy teachers will inspire happy students.
Meanwhile, the family becomes a vibrant place of kindness and happiness, parents must be pioneers in good words, meaningful actions, showing tolerance to their children and respecting differences.
At the same time, society constantly promotes and creates humanitarian activities for children to participate in, experience giving kindness and generosity, and feel the happiness of giving. From these activities, children will form good qualities and habits. A kind and happy young person in the future comes from small kindnesses and happiness every day today.
