On March 25, the People's Committee of Ward 14 coordinated with relevant agencies to carry out the enforcement. Households residing at No. 11 (formerly No. 9/1) Nguyen Thien Thuat Street (not descendants of Mr. Vuong Hong Sen) moved people and property out of the old house.

The enforcement team has dismantled the entire area of construction violations according to the Decision dated September 12, 2024 of the People's Committee of Binh Thanh District, and at the same time, fenced off the B40 mesh and sealed the enforcement area to ensure that households do not return to re-encroach.
On March 26, Ward 14 People's Committee invited representatives of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City, the District Department of Culture - Science and Information and representatives of Mr. Vuong Hong Sen's family to discuss the management of the ancient civil house at No. 11 (old No. 9/1) Nguyen Thien Thuat Street.
The units noted that Ward 14 People's Committee had completed the enforcement work. The Ward People's Committee continued to assign and arrange security forces, not allowing individuals and households (except for Mr. Vuong Hong Sen's children and grandchildren) to re-encroach and reside at the relic.
Up to now, the households residing inside the relic have relocated their assets; the entire area violating construction order has also been dismantled to return the intact space to the Vuong Hong Sen relic. In the near future, the constructions inside the Vuong Hong Sen relic will be protected by functional forces, preventing individuals and households from re-encroaching.

The People's Committee of Binh Thanh District also requested the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City to soon advise the City People's Committee to establish a Management Board of Ancient House Cultural Heritage to ensure the management, maintenance and repair of relics in accordance with regulations, and at the same time coordinate with functional agencies to resolve the legal rights of Mr. Vuong Hong Sen's descendants to stabilize their lives.
It is known that the architectural and artistic relic of the traditional civil house of Vuong Hong Sen has been ranked as a relic according to the decision of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City since 2003. However, currently, the project has many seriously degraded points, at risk of collapse, and needs a plan for maintenance and repair to preserve it.
