About 100m from Times Square building is the Union Square shopping - hotel complex, also owned by Van Thinh Phat Group. The complex has 4 frontages on Nguyen Hue, Le Lai, Le Thanh Ton and Dong Khoi streets (District 1).

The Union Square complex has a total floor area of up to 91,000m2 with a scale of 6 basements and 9 floors above ground. The building is currently being leased by famous fashion and interior brands for business purposes.

Also located on Nguyen Hue Street, building number 19-25 is currently the headquarters of SCB Bank.

On January 3, 2020, the State Bank issued a document approving SCB to change its head office location. The head office is located at 19-21-23-25 Nguyen Hue (District 1).

The Saigon One Tower project located at the corner of Ham Nghi - Ton Duc Thang - Vo Van Kiet (District 1) was acquired by Viva Land Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (a member of the ecosystem of Van Thinh Phat Group) at the end of 2021. The project was later renamed IFC One Saigon and put on a "new coat" when the outer glass layer was replaced, but up to now, according to Dan Tri reporters, this project is still unfinished and has not been completed.

This project was expected to become an architectural icon of the magnificent city.
