TPO - Hanoi City has assigned about 15.45 hectares of land in Thanh Liet commune to Thanh Tri district to carry out a project to build a resettlement area to serve site clearance for projects.

The Hanoi People's Committee recently decided to assign Thanh Tri District People's Committee 154,468.5 square meters of land in Thanh Liet Commune to implement the project of building a resettlement area to serve the site clearance of the Chu Van An memorial site and other projects in Thanh Tri District approved by the City People's Council for investment policy.

In the total area of ​​154,468.5m2 of land, there are 6,841.5m2 of parking lot land; 9,609.1m2 of green space, flower gardens, sports; 10,708.5m2 of middle school land; 19,380m2 of high school land; 82,832.8m2 of traffic land...

The form of land allocation is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees. Thanh Tri District People's Committee is responsible for investing in the construction of synchronous technical infrastructure and the common technical infrastructure of the area according to the approved planning and establishing an investment project to build the project according to regulations. The land use term is long-term.

Thanh Tri District People's Committee is responsible for contacting the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on the map and in the field; build technical infrastructure according to approved investment projects and planning, ensuring synchronous connection of regional technical infrastructure.

At the same time, establish an investment project to construct works according to regulations; direct the management of the 60,338.5 m2 area of ​​residential land planning to allocate resettlement land according to regulations.

Hanoi Land Registration Office is responsible for correcting cadastral records and land databases according to regulations.

According to the reporter's records, the resettlement area serving the land clearance of the Chu Van An memorial site located in Van village, Thanh Liet commune is in the process of constructing the project's technical infrastructure.

Some cleared areas are used by people to grow vegetables.

Speaking to reporters, the leader of Thanh Liet Commune People's Committee said that currently, many internal roads, sidewalks, trees, electricity and water systems... in the resettlement area serving the clearance of the Chu Van An memorial site have been basically completed. In the coming time, people will draw lots to receive resettlement quotas according to regulations.
