At Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi, tonight, a ceremony was held to deliver humanitarian aid from the Russian Federation to Vietnam to help overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 (storm Yagi) with the participation of Russian Chargé d'Affaires in Vietnam Ivan Sergeevich Nesterov.

At 7 p.m. the same day, a special plane of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations landed at the airport, carrying 35 tons of humanitarian aid, including a mobile power station, food and necessities...

Earlier, Chairman of the United Russia Party and Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federal Security Council Dmitry Medvedev sent condolences to the families and relatives of those killed by storm No. 3, and wished the victims a speedy recovery.

In recent days, many countries and international organizations have sent letters, telegrams, messages of condolences, as well as direct and indirect support in terms of financial resources, equipment for accommodation, rescue, essential supplies, and experts for Vietnam to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 as soon as possible.
