The conference announced the decision of the Town Party Executive Committee on dissolving 5 grassroots Party cells under the Town Party Committee, including: Party cell of the Town's Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Party cell of the Town's Department of Urban Management; Party cell of the Town's Department of Economy; Party cell of the Town's Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Party cell of the Town's Department of Culture and Information.

At the same time, the decision to establish 4 grassroots Party cells under the Town Party Committee was announced, including: Party cell of the Town's Ethnic and Religious Affairs Department, Party cell of the Town's Economic-Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department, Party cell of the Town's Culture-Science and Information Department, Party cell of the Town's Agriculture and Environment Department; the decision to appoint Party cell members, secretaries, and deputy secretaries of the newly established grassroots Party cells was announced.

On this occasion, the town had 5 comrades who met the criteria of excellently completing their tasks for 5 consecutive years (2020-2024) and were awarded certificates of merit by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; The Standing Committee of the Ayun Pa Town Party Committee also commended 4 grassroots Party organizations under the Town Party Committee that met the criteria of "Excellently completing tasks" in 2024; 6 Party organizations under the Town Party Committee had outstanding achievements in developing Party members in 2024 and 5 Party members who met the criteria of "Excellently completing tasks" for 5 consecutive years (2019-2023).
