Lai Cach Town Party Committee is the unit with the most subordinate Party cells in Cam Giang District with 19 Party cells, 663 Party members, including 13 Party cells in villages and residential areas. Since the beginning of the term, the Town Party Committee has assigned specific tasks to each Party Committee member in charge of Party cells. Accordingly, the Party Committee members in charge must regularly inspect and urge the leadership of the Party Committee and Party cells in performing their tasks and must attend regular and thematic meetings with the Party Committee and Party cells under their charge.

Many policies and instructions from superiors were thoroughly grasped and communicated to Party members more quickly and fully. The thoughts and opinions of Party members were also recorded and resolved promptly, contributing to speeding up the progress of work implementation. Typically, the village Party Cell has just led the completion of "zero-dong land clearance" and is currently expanding the 300m road at the beginning of the village from 3m to 7m.”

At Tan Truong Commune Party Committee, the content of Party cell activities has been innovated in the direction of linking Party cell activities with the implementation of local political tasks and solving practical problems at the grassroots level. This creates a more lively and attractive atmosphere for Party cell activities, attracting the attention of Party members; overcoming the general situation at Party cell activities.

An important task of the commune in recent times is to propagate, mobilize, and coordinate the implementation of site clearance to serve the Tan Truong Industrial Park expansion project. Up to now, 100% of households in the commune have highly agreed and handed over the site with a total area of ​​over 106 hectares, without any cases requiring enforcement."

Improving the quality of Party activities is a task that Cam Giang District Party Committee has focused on implementing right from the beginning of this term. On January 5, 2021, the District Party Committee issued Project No. 04-DA/HU on Improving the quality of Party activities, strengthening the development of new Party members, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations in the period of 2021 - 2025.

One of the key solutions proposed by Cam Giang District Party Committee is to enhance and link the responsibility of Party committees with innovation in the content and form of Party activities. Party committees at all levels have enhanced their leadership, direction, and implementation of directives and resolutions from higher levels; and strictly implemented the Party activities regime according to regulations and working regulations. Many grassroots Party committees in the district have issued specialized resolutions on improving the quality of Party cell activities. Party committee members from the district to the grassroots level must seriously participate in Party activities at all types of grassroots Party organizations according to the direction of higher levels. Every year, the Steering Committee of Project No. 04-DA/HU advises the District Party Committee to inspect and supervise the grassroots level in the deployment, implementation, and report the results to the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee according to regulations, and at the same time take this as a criterion to assess the level of task completion of Party committees and Party organizations...

After more than 3 years of implementing Project No. 04-DA/HU, Party committees and organizations in Cam Giang have focused on leadership and direction to create new changes in Party activities. The order and quality of Party committee, Party chapter and Party cell activities have been improved. Party committees have strictly maintained the prescribed working regime. The average rate of Party members attending meetings is over 85%, higher than in 2020 (75%). The organization of specialized activities of Party cells has been focused on, especially for rural Party cells. Over 50% of Party committees have conducted specialized activities with quality and in accordance with instructions...

According to comrade Le Xuan Dung, Head of the Organizing Committee of Cam Giang District Party Committee, along with the achieved results, the implementation of Project No. 04-DA/HU, including improving the quality of Party activities, still has some limitations. In the coming time, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee will continue to focus on directing the drastic implementation of solutions to achieve the unachieved goals, with limitations such as the content and quality of activities and strengthening the organization of thematic activities to ensure compliance with regulations. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Steering Committee for the implementation of Project No. 04-DA/HU will pay special attention to further enhancing the responsibilities and roles of Party committees and leaders in performing assigned duties and tasks to improve the quality of Party activities.
