To enable comments on Facebook Stories, simply follow these simple steps.
Step 1: First, open the Facebook app and click on the plus icon in the story creation bar. Next, select the photo or video you want to post.

Step 2: Then, click on the settings icon to set privacy. You can decide who can see and comment on your story by choosing one of the 3 available options: Public, Friends, Custom. Right in the Comments section, turn this feature on. After customizing, click the Save button to complete the change.
