Therefore, using black pepper in meals will help fight against viruses and bacteria. In particular, piperine in black pepper can inhibit respiratory tract inflammation.

Black pepper has expectorant properties that help relieve symptoms associated with cough and cold faster. They help relieve symptoms of nasal congestion and clear the nasal passages associated with flu. It is best to crush the peppercorns to get the maximum benefit.

How to use black pepper to treat flu

Expectorant, cold treatment with black pepper:

To treat a cold, add a little black pepper powder to a cup of hot milk and a little turmeric powder, stir well and drink every day. Or add ½ teaspoon of black pepper and ½ teaspoon of ginger to a cup of boiling water. To make it easier to drink, add a teaspoon of honey and drink while it is still warm.

Make delicious black pepper beef dish

Black pepper beef is a familiar and nutritious dish. The beef is tender, fragrant and retains its sweetness, while the vegetables are fresh, crunchy and delicious. The sauce is both rich and spicy, making it extremely appealing.

Ingredients for black pepper beef sauce:

+ 300gr beef tenderloin

+ 1 onion

+ 1 green bell pepper and 1 red bell pepper

+ Ginger, garlic

+ 70gr black pepper

+ Wheat flour

+ Cooking oil, oyster sauce, common spices.

Making:

Step 1: Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and marinate with 2 tablespoons of flour. Add a little cooking oil to soften the meat, then add salt and pepper and mix for about 5-10 minutes to let the spices soak in.

Step 2: Wash the bell peppers and cut them into thin strips. Peel the onions and cut them into small wedges. Scrape the ginger and cut them into thin strips. Crush and mince the garlic. Next, prepare a mixture of 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, sugar and crushed black pepper, stir well and set aside.

Step 3: Add a little oil to the pan to stir-fry the bell peppers and onions over high heat for about 5 minutes, set aside. Next, saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then stir-fry the beef, add the sauce and a little black pepper to stir-fry. When the meat is just cooked, add the previously stir-fried vegetables, season to taste.

Make delicious braised pig's feet with black pepper

Ingredients for black pepper braised pig's feet:

+ 1 pig's foot

+ 1 teaspoon black pepper

+ 1 onion, 1 garlic

+ A little white wine

+ Common spices such as salt, sugar, soy sauce

Making:

Step 1: Clean the pig's feet, wash them with white wine to remove the odor. Then, chop them into bite-sized pieces. Marinate them with a little soy sauce, soy sauce and pepper for about 30 minutes.

Peel the onion and garlic, crush and chop finely.

Step 2: Put the pot on the stove, add oil and saute onions and garlic. Then, add the pork leg and stir until golden brown, add black pepper and stir. When the pork leg is golden brown and burnt on the edges, add soy sauce, sugar and a little water to simmer until the pork leg is soft, then turn off the stove.

To increase the effectiveness of the flu, you should use a little more black pepper.
