Master Chefs will perform at Hue Traditional Cuisine Week 2024

(Fatherland) - On April 19, Thua Thien Hue Tourism Promotion Center informed that Hue Traditional Cuisine Week 2024 will be organized by Hue City People's Committee with the theme "Hue Cuisine with Four Directions" at the end of April 2024.

Accordingly, Hue Traditional Cuisine Week 2024 will be held from April 27 to May 1 at Thuong Bac Park, Tran Hung Dao Street (Hue City). The week with 80 booths, more than 200 dishes, 100 artisans, famous chefs from all over the world gathered in Hue City, promises to bring the public the opportunity to experience traditional dishes and unique agricultural products and local products.

During the week, food lovers will experience "Hue traditional culinary space" with folk and royal cuisine; Discover the quintessence of dishes from three regions at "Hue culinary space with four directions"; Enjoy the harmony between traditional and modern cuisine at "Contemporary culinary space".

In addition, locals and tourists will be able to watch skillful performances by Master Chefs and Vietnamese culinary artists at the "Culinary Experience, Enjoyment and Performance Space".

Thua Thien Hue Tourism Promotion Center added that along with competitions, entertainment activities, performances, and culinary cultural exchanges will be held throughout the Hue Traditional Cuisine Week. These promise to be attractive activities for tourists coming to Hue during the April 30 - May 1 holidays and welcoming summer 2024.
