Attending the meeting, Ms. Lien Hoa, who studied in Belarus since the 70s of the 20th century, said that she was especially impressed with the sentiments and people of Belarus. They are kind, honest people who have great love for Vietnamese students studying abroad. She can never forget those years, the years that gave her many ambitions. What she remembers most until now is that in 1978, when she returned to Vietnam, while walking on the shore of Hoan Kiem Lake, she accidentally met the teacher who taught her for 5 years in Belarus. At that time, meeting foreigners was very difficult, women had to go to the police station to ask for permission to meet the teacher in the Kim Lien expert area. Until now, she is still attached to the Russian language, she said that her love for Belarus - Russia will never change.

When talking about his feelings for Belarus, Mr. Dang Tung Man, a former student of the 1971-1977 class in Belarus, said that Belarusian people are especially emotional, compassionate, loving, and caring. One memory that he will never forget is the time he visited the Brest fortress, which was a fortress during the Nazi attack on the Soviet Union. He said that learning Russian for him was like discovering a new world, and until now he still loves Russian and sings Russian songs. He hopes that in the future, Vietnam and Belarus will strengthen cooperation in the field of education and training, because there are many areas that are Belarus' strengths that Vietnam can learn from.
