The report of the Party Committee of Regiment 141, Division 312, Corps 12 presented to the Congress of Delegates for the term 2025-2030, affirmed: Over the past 5 years, the Party Committee of Regiment 141 has focused on leading the unit to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement directives and regulations on combat readiness; doing a good job of political and ideological education; building cadres and soldiers with the right motivation to strive, clearly identifying responsibilities, and being ready to receive and successfully complete assigned tasks.

The Congress determined that, in the 2025-2030 term, it will focus on leading the building of a politically strong Regiment; especially making a breakthrough in building "elite, compact, strong" agencies and units towards modernization, contributing to building a "revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern" Regiment; strictly complying with regulations on organization and staffing, units performing training and combat readiness tasks reaching 95% or more; units on combat readiness duty reaching 100%.

Strive during the term, 85-100% of cadres, leaders, and commanders will fulfill their assigned duties and tasks well; by 2030, 100% of cadres will fulfill their duties and tasks well, of which 70% will have comprehensive capacity in leadership, command, management, and training; 80% or more of professional cadres will have good and excellent professional capacity, proficient in the fields of work they undertake...
