Training for Community Digital Technology Team

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Tran Thanh Truong, Director of the Department of Information and Communications, said that the Community Digital Technology Team plays a very important role. This is a force tasked with "going to every alley, knocking on every door", helping people raise awareness of digital transformation, improve digital skills and use digital technology tools in communicating with state agencies to serve daily activities in the online environment; directly supporting and guiding people in using smart technology applications, e-commerce, public administrative services; participating in implementing digital transformation in every area of ​​life.

Overview of the training session

At the training session, Mr. Mai Thanh Hai, National Digital Transformation Agency, Ministry of Information and Communications, introduced an overview of the Community Digital Technology Team and shared real-life stories. A representative of the Provincial Police Youth Union introduced ID cards, electronic ID cards and the benefits of the VNeID application. Quang Ngai Telecommunications introduced and guided the use of the Citizen App (C-Quang Ngai). Viettel Quang Ngai introduced and guided self-registration for Personal Digital Signature (Cloud Digital Signature - CA Mysign).

On this occasion, members of the Community Digital Technology Team directly guided people to register for citizen accounts, VNeID application, cashless payment, participate in e-commerce platforms... at the one-stop department of Binh Son district, the district General Hospital, Chau O market, shops and supermarkets of the district./.
