(QNO) - On the occasion of International Children's Day June 1, this morning, May 30, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Phan Viet Cuong visited and presented gifts to children in Hoa Binh Village (Tam Dan Commune, Phu Ninh). Accompanying him were leaders of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and Phu Ninh District.

Provincial Party Secretary Phan Viet Cuong visited the health of the staff and children at Hoa Binh Village. He also hoped that the children would always maintain their determination and optimism, try to study well, strive to integrate into the community, and become useful people for society.

Comrade Phan Viet Cuong also acknowledged the efforts and hoped that the staff of Hoa Binh Village would continue to show love, care and concern for the children. The province will continue to pay attention and devote resources to the work of protecting, caring for and educating children.

On this occasion, Provincial Party Secretary Phan Viet Cuong presented 57 gifts to children (each worth 500,000 VND) from the Provincial Children's Support Fund. Phu Ninh District leaders also presented gifts to Hoa Binh Village.

Hoa Binh Village currently cares for and nurtures 146 subjects including infants, orphans, disabled people, people with disabilities and homeless elderly people.
