With a score of 29.4 points in the B group exam, including perfect scores in Chemistry and Biology, Cao Ha Minh is the national runner-up in the B group and the valedictorian of Phu Tho province. “This score is higher than I expected. I didn’t think I would be the runner-up in the B group. But I also feel a bit regretful about the Math exam because I didn’t do my best compared to my ability,” the 12th grade Chemistry student at Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted confided.

When she heard that her youngest son was the runner-up in the national B block, Ms. Ha Thu Phuong was extremely happy: “Minh is the pride of the whole family. Minh has been an excellent student for many years and won first prize in the province in the Chemistry competition for excellent students for two consecutive years.
