On the afternoon of July 19, the Admissions Council of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law announced the threshold to ensure input quality (floor score) for the admission method based on the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam to enroll in full-time university-level training programs in 2024.

Accordingly, the floor score of the school's majors ranges from 20-24. Notably, the floor score of the law major has 2 different levels depending on the subject combination for admission. In which, combination C00 takes candidates from 24 points while other combinations consider candidates from 20 points.

This floor score is set by Ho Chi Minh City University of Law for candidates in region 3; does not include the coefficients of subjects in the admission combination; includes priority points by region and priority points by policy subjects according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training's admission regulations.
