Inside the plane carrying Blackpink on their world tour

The private jet carrying Korean girl group Blackpink touring the world for their Born Pink tour costs 800 million won for 30 hours of flight.

Korean Air's Instagram in early July shared some photos from inside the private plane that the band Blackpink used to travel on their Born Pink World Tour. The private jet has 14 seats with large screens for online meetings while they are still in the sky. The plane also has a bedroom and bathroom, a large sofa, and leather seats. The interior is simple but is considered "luxurious" by Blackpink fans.

Each seat was filled with gifts, teddy bears, and welcome cards. Jennie, Jisoo, and Rosé were greeted with a "Welcome aboard." Lisa received a more special greeting: "We Miss You" because the singer used a private jet service in 2022 to attend a fashion show in Paris with BTS's V and actor Park Bo Gum.

Passengers are treated to "premium dining, top-notch security, speedy boarding" and other lounge privileges, according to the airline's website.

As the official sponsor of the Born Pink world tour, Korean Air offered special benefits such as discounted airfares and free baggage allowances for the staff and other artists traveling with them. In return, the artists' management companies also gave the airline members concert tickets, CDs, and signed posters of the group.

According to member Lisa's revelation on Instagram , the price to rent this entire private jet is 800 million won (nearly 15 billion VND) for 30 flight hours, equivalent to 28 million won (more than half a billion VND) for one flight hour.

The price of this private jet charter is not fixed. The airline will calculate the operating costs, the requirements of each customer and the airport fees to determine the price. After using up 30 hours, the customer needs to renew to continue using the service.

Blackpink is currently touring the world for their latest tour, Born Pink World Tour, which started in Korea last year and then flew to the US, Europe, and Asia with a tight schedule. On July 15, the group performed in France and then went to Vietnam at the end of July before returning to the US and ending on August 26.
