On the evening of April 6, at the Provincial Museum (Hung Yen city), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the closing ceremony of the 2nd Hung Yen Provincial Culinary Festival in 2025.
The 2nd Hung Yen Province Culinary Festival in 2025 was held for 3 days (April 4-6), attracting more than 100 booths displaying and introducing cuisine and OCOP products of Hung Yen and other provinces and cities with hundreds of typical and diverse dishes. The dishes and OCOP products introduced at the festival demonstrate the high level, skills, progress, exploration and creativity of the culinary artisans...
Within the framework of the festival, the main activities include: Exhibition of beautiful photos of Hung Yen tourism; contest of displaying food stalls and OCOP products; contest of wrapping, cooking banh chung, pounding banh giay; incense offering ceremony, offering banh chung, banh giay at the temple of National Ancestor Lac Long Quan and the temple of National Mother Au Co (Hung Yen city). The festival has attracted a large number of tourists to visit, experience, shop and enjoy the cuisine.
