It is known that the incident happened at an apartment in the HH Linh Dam apartment complex, Hoang Liet ward, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi. The person who committed the abuse was hired by the child's family to take care of the child because the child's mother had just given birth prematurely and was in poor health.

Immediately afterwards, the family invited the Hoang Liet Ward Police to record the incident. The child is currently being taken by the family to the National Children's Hospital for a health check.

When working with the police, the baby's father was upset: "The baby is only 1 month old, why are you torturing him like that?". The nanny explained that she was "depressed" and asked for forgiveness, but the baby's family firmly wanted the police to verify and clarify the incident.

The police are currently verifying and clarifying the incident.
