At the press conference announcing the nominations and launching the awards in Ho Chi Minh City on the afternoon of November 8, the Organizing Committee said there were 18 nomination categories and 94 candidates.
With the theme "Big on the small screen - Honoring big achievements from the small screen", the award aims to honor and recognize content creators, artists and partners for their creative efforts, breakthrough achievements and creating good values.

In addition to the song "Turn on love" by Tang Duy Tan and Hoa Minzy, the top 5 nominees for the "Most Outstanding Song of the Year" category also include: "Take me home" by Grey D - Chillies, "A Loi" by Double2T - Masew, "Sweet honey" by Dunghoangpham, "Nhat tren doi" by VAnh.
Tang Duy Tan shared: "I was very surprised when the song "Turn on love" was nominated because this is a product composed to celebrate the friendship of people born in 1995. I did not intend to invest in this product to become a famous work on the platforms.
However, I was informed that the song reached 5 billion views, an unimaginable number. I thank the creators for using my song in their video clips. My music is always trendy and I will try to create more beautiful songs, bringing positive emotions to everyone."

In the category "Celebrity Content Creator of the Year" there are nominees: supermodel Minh Tu, Ly Hai - Minh Ha, designer Do Long, beauty queen Ngoc Chau, singer Phuong My Chi.
The "Content Creator of the Year" category includes nominees: Le Bong, Long Chun, Banh Bao Xin Chao, Tra Dang, Ngo Duc Duy, Kien Review. In addition, the award has many other categories.
Within the framework of the award activities, two invested events include: "TikTok Creators' Day" for content creators taking place on November 24 at White Palace Vo Van Kiet; "TikTok Awards Vietnam 2023 Honor Night" taking place on November 25 at the same location.
"We want to continue to honor content creators who are always striving to break through, create and promote great achievements, and positive values present in the community.
