- News and articles with authentic and engaging writing style focusing on the following areas: Economy - culture, society, national defense - security in Nghe An province; continuing to implement the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated July 18, 2023 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045; outstanding domestic information; about foreign affairs achievements, Vietnam's position in the international arena.

2- Lunar New Year Numbers to Welcome the New Year of the Dragon 2024
Theme: "Cultural sublimation, Nghe An people"
- Articles about the cultural identity of ethnic groups and regions; the atmosphere of celebrating traditional Tet; - celebrating the Party, celebrating Spring, celebrating the homeland and the country's renewal; genres include memoirs, essays, reports; literary commentary, story writing, poetry, parallel sentences, paintings, photos...
- Vivid information about life and feelings towards homeland of Nghe An people living far from home (overseas and overseas).
- Political and in-depth articles on building Nghe An culture and people in Vietnamese national culture.
General requirements:
The content of the article must be concise, clear, with illustrations, vivid and accurate documents; priority must be given to new topics and content; clearly state that the article is being sent to Nghe An Newspaper for the New Year 2024 issue (Solar calendar), and the Year of the Dragon 2024 issue (Lunar calendar); do not send it to another newspaper at the same time; have a contact phone number for the Editorial Board to conveniently discuss (if necessary).
