In the final ASEAN Para Games 12 medal tally, the Vietnamese disabled sports delegation won 66 gold medals, 58 silver medals and 77 bronze medals.
The Vietnamese Paralympic delegation officially concluded the 12th ASEAN Para Games with a total of 201 medals, including 66 gold medals, 58 silver medals and 77 bronze medals. This impressive achievement helped the Vietnamese delegation far exceed the target of the number of gold medals set, thereby winning 3rd place in the overall medal tally of the 12th ASEAN Para Games.

Of these, 66 gold medals won by the Vietnamese delegation came from swimming, athletics, weightlifting and chess. The Vietnamese swimming team won 28 gold medals, including the impressive achievements of Danh Hoa (6 gold medals) and Trinh Thi Bich Nhu (5 gold medals). The Vietnamese athletics team excellently completed its mission by winning 20 gold medals. The Vietnamese weightlifting team also won 10 gold medals; the remaining 8 gold medals came from the chess team.
