The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a document directing and guiding localities to strengthen the management of tourism activities, instructing tourist areas, destinations, and service businesses to proactively prepare necessary conditions to serve tourists such as: Renovating facilities, fire prevention and fighting conditions, ensuring security and safety for tourists; strictly managing tourism service business activities; strengthening coordination with travel service businesses to build intra-provincial tours to serve tourists associated with cultural and sports events on this occasion.

Currently, the province has 380 accommodation establishments, including 49 hotels meeting 1-5 star standards and 331 motels that have been assessed as qualified to serve tourists. This is an important system that helps ensure accommodation for a large number of tourists during the festival. Along with improving service quality, the issue of maintaining reasonable prices plays a decisive role in the choice and creating a good impression on tourists. Therefore, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has strengthened management, requiring accommodation establishments to strictly comply with regulations on price posting and selling at the correct listed price, not arbitrarily raising prices, forcing customers to negatively affect the tourism image of the province.
Mr. Tran Thanh Son - General Director of Saigon - Phu Tho Hotel said: To prepare for welcoming guests during the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day, we have renovated the premises, cleaned the areas inside and outside the hotel, maintained the equipment; posted prices and did not increase prices suddenly during the festival. At the same time, we have coordinated with the authorities to ensure security, creating a friendly and safe environment for visitors.
