In the first 9 months of 2024, Steering Committee 389 Nghe An detected and handled over 5,200 administrative violations of smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods, prosecuted 1,369 subjects, collected and paid to the budget over 180 billion VND.

Working with the National Steering Committee 389, the Provincial Steering Committee 389 also pointed out some difficulties in the process of performing tasks such as: Difficulties in fighting against traders in the field of e-commerce; There are no specific sanctions guidelines for electronic cigarettes, the content of drugs makes it difficult to handle administrative violations.

The short time of temporary detention of evidence also causes difficulties in handling.
