Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai (1972) is a bachelor of National Economics University, majoring in Tourism Business Management, with 25 years of experience in the aviation industry.

His predecessor Nguyen Manh Quan took over as General Director of Bamboo Airways from July 2022, after exactly 2 years as Deputy General Director and Permanent Deputy General Director.

The Board of Directors of FLC Group (FLC) previously announced a resolution approving the transfer of shares held in Bamboo Airways JSC to Mr. Le Thai Sam, a member of the Board of Directors of this airline.
Specifically, FLC will transfer more than 400 million BAV shares, equivalent to 21.7% of the capital held at Bamboo Airways, to Board member Le Thai Sam, in exchange for liquidating all debt obligations between the two parties.

At the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Bamboo Airways on the morning of May 9, Mr. Le Thai Sam announced that from 2022 to April 10, 2023, he had lent Bamboo Airways a credit loan with both principal and interest of VND 7,727 billion.
Mr. Sam currently owns 231.7 million BAV shares, equivalent to 12.53% of the airline's charter capital. Thus, if the FLC portion that has just been agreed to be transferred is included, he can hold more than 34% of Bamboo Airways' capital.
