Imbued with the spirit of “respecting God, loving the country”, “living the gospel in the heart of the nation”, the religious people in Loc Ha have constantly strived to overcome difficulties, joined hands to foster solidarity between religions and non-religious people, cared for production, business, raised children, and were responsible in building their homeland.

In 2024, the Catholic Solidarity Committee of Loc Ha district will continue to implement the Resolution of the Congress of Vietnamese Catholics for the 2022-2027 term and a number of other key tasks. In particular, Catholics in the area will strive to achieve an average income per capita of 40-50 million VND/year; strengthen propaganda, mobilization, and legal education; effectively carry out the campaign "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas, live a good life, follow the religion"; do a good job of social security; actively participate in building a strong Party, government, and political system...

Conference overview
Duc Tho district currently has nearly 10,000 parishioners; 72 cadres and party members are parishioners participating in work and activities in agencies and organizations from the district to the grassroots level.
At the conference, the leaders of Duc Tho district reported on the results achieved by the Party Committee and the people of the district in 2023. Of which, the whole district achieved and exceeded 25/25 socio-economic targets. Among those common achievements, there are significant contributions from the Party cells in the religious areas; the exemplary pioneering role of Party members, cadres and Catholic compatriots in the area.
