Apple releases iOS 18.4 beta 3

After nearly a week of releasing iOS/iPadOS 18.4 beta 2 update, Apple continues to release a new beta. Thus, Apple is one step closer to releasing iOS 18.4.

Developer beta 3 of the software is now available for testing. iOS 18.4 is known to bring many new features to compatible iPhone models.

Previously, beta 1 introduced more than 50 new features and changes. These included changes to the CarPlay design, Apple Intelligence Priority Notifications, a new Apple News+ Food recipe service, mood-based music shortcuts in Control Center, and more.

The beta 2 update also introduced support for Visual Intelligence on the iPhone 15 Pro. The Apple Intelligence-branded visual search feature can now be activated via the Control Action button or Siri shortcut on the iPhone 16 starting with iOS 18.4. Additionally, the update also adds new emoji characters.

Apple Intelligence is also being expanded to support more languages such as: French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified) and localized English for Singapore as well as India.

Developers can download iOS 18.4 beta 3 and iPadOS 18.4 beta 3 by: accessing Settings - General Settings - Software Update.
