Attending the incense offering ceremony were Politburo members: Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien; Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai; Party Central Committee members: Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son; Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh; representatives of leaders of central departments, ministries, and branches, and Hanoi City.

The incense offering ceremony was solemnly held, expressing respect and gratitude to the wise kings and virtuous subjects who had contributed to opening up the Thang Long culture and enlightening Dai Viet civilization. This activity contributed to preserving the good customs and practices of our ancestors, inspiring the quintessence of national culture and educating the traditions for the younger generation.
