Along with 32 other treasures, the "Hoang De Chi Bao" golden seal was negotiated and transferred from France to Vietnam in 2023 by the Inter-sectoral Working Group chaired by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and is currently kept at the Nam Hong Royal Museum, Bac Ninh province, and is recognized as a national treasure.
The golden seal "Emperor's Treasure" is a national treasure.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Chairmen of People's Committees at all levels where national treasures are located, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, heads of sectors and organizations assigned to manage the above-recognized national treasures, within the scope of their duties and powers, to manage national treasures in accordance with the provisions of the law on cultural heritage.
Thus, from 2012 to present, the Prime Minister has decided 13 times to recognize 327 artifacts and groups of artifacts as national treasures.
