In particular, the investment project to build houses in the new residential area of ​​Binh An 2, by the end of February 2025, will complete the compensation and site clearance work for the remaining area to continue construction. By the end of February 2025, the project will be completed, accepted and handed over to put the project into operation.

By the end of March 2025, the compensation and site clearance of the remaining area will be completed to continue construction. The investor, Dai Viet Company Limited, is responsible for working with the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to review and evaluate the ability to carry out compensation and site clearance for the remaining area.

Urgently implement the next procedures of the project to ensure compliance with the law on construction, housing, real estate business and other relevant laws; take full responsibility before the law for any violations in project investment, construction and real estate business at the project.

The investor closely coordinates with the People's Committee of Dien Ban town, the unit implementing compensation and site clearance work, and related departments, units, and localities of Dien Ban town in compensation, site clearance, and resettlement work to be allocated land, complete related documents and procedures, and concentrate human resources and equipment to implement construction to complete the entire project to ensure project progress.

Dai Viet Company Limited strictly complies with the provisions of law on monthly, quarterly and annual periodic reporting on project implementation status. At the same time, the enterprise fully performs tax obligations, financial obligations related to land to the state, tax reporting regime in accordance with regulations and provisions of law on land, fire prevention and fighting, security and order, traffic safety, labor safety approved by competent authorities; complies with local regulations...

How is the progress of these two projects?

According to Mr. Do Tan Vu, Director of Dai Viet Company Limited, An Phu Urban Area project has a scale of 16.4 hectares. The investor has been allocated 14.4 hectares of land.

Meanwhile, the Binh An 2 New Residential Area project has a scale of 3.2 hectares. The investor has been assigned 1.5 hectares of land.

At these two projects, the enterprise has implemented construction on the entire cleared area, the volume of technical infrastructure construction has reached about 80% of the volume, for items such as leveling, traffic, drainage, trees, and lighting.

In addition, according to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Ha, Vice Chairman of Dien Ban Town People's Committee, the Binh An 2 new residential area project, An Phu urban area has recently been inspected by the Provincial Inspectorate for site clearance and the Provincial People's Committee has approved the plan.

Dien Ban Town People's Committee has approved the first phase of site clearance plan. The land fund development center coordinated with the investor to pay compensation according to the approved plan and received consensus from over 95% of approved households.

Currently, these two projects are being implemented, but are still stuck in site clearance.
