Yen Son innovates and improves the effectiveness of mass mobilization work

Comrade Le Thi Hoa, Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Chairman of the District Fatherland Front Committee, said that the district's mass mobilization work has been constantly innovated and improved in efficiency, which is clearly demonstrated in the construction of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models, in the work of mobilizing land clearance for construction of key works and projects in the area. To effectively carry out mass mobilization work, first of all, each cadre must clearly understand the policies of the Central Government, the province, and the district in order to propagate, disseminate, guide, and analyze specifically for the people to understand and grasp, thereby "communicating", voluntarily and voluntarily implementing.

In the past time, the whole district has built 703 models, typical examples of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in various fields with 429 collective models, 274 typical individuals; of which, 55 models, typical examples of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" are outstanding. The "Skillful Mass Mobilization" models are associated with patriotic emulation movements and campaigns; policies, projects, breakthroughs, key tasks of the district through specific actions of each collective, individual and are considered as criteria for evaluation and classification of collectives and individuals of agencies, units, and localities.

Comrade Ly Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Trung Minh Commune, said that in order to effectively build the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model, she and her staff regularly grasp information and real needs of the people and the reality in each village and unit to accurately advise on the address and content of the model implementation. Mass mobilization officers must go deep and closely to propagate to the people to know and understand the policies and plans set out, and orient the implementation content so that the people unanimously and clearly realize that they are the implementing subjects and also the beneficiaries of the model. The Commune Party Committee has built 10 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models that are effective, especially in preserving and promoting the cultural identity of the Mong ethnic group in the area.

In recent times, Yen Son district has been a typical example of the province in implementing key projects and works. The district has agreed on the common goal of not allowing the project to be blocked due to lack of land, so the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee have assigned specific tasks to the members and leaders of departments, and strengthened their grasp of the grassroots to resolve arising issues. Thanks to that, the district has completed the construction of many large projects in the area such as the Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway through the district, basically completed the construction of the Paradise Cemetery, tourism development projects in My Bang commune, industrial development in Yen Son town... Comrade Ban Van Hung, Chairman of the town's Fatherland Front Committee, said that during the construction of the district's D2 road, 13 graves of a family in Nghia Trung residential group had to be relocated. The difficulty is that many of these family's graves have been buried for up to 100 years, so spiritual factors must be given special attention. Comrade Hung and the town officials went to the house to find out the wishes, helped the family find a suitable burial site; supported the family financially, so the relocation of the graves was smooth. Comrade Hung emphasized that in order to persuade people to listen, the officials must not only "know the lesson" of propaganda but must actually get involved, sharing the concerns of the people to be successful.

In the coming time, the district will continue to implement many works and projects, especially the construction of the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway, large-scale industrial and tourism projects to realize the policies and resolutions of the superiors, so the district will continue to innovate and promote the effectiveness of mass mobilization work. The focus is on promoting the exemplary role of each cadre and party member; strengthening dialogue with the people, enhancing the grasp of the grassroots to understand the people, removing difficulties for the people, creating consensus in organizing the successful implementation of socio-economic development tasks according to the Resolution of the District Party Congress.
