On February 4, social media was "stirred up" by a clip of more than 2 minutes long recording an unexpected scene that happened on a street in Vinh city. A car was moving, the back door suddenly opened.
From inside the car, a naked girl was thrown onto the road. At that moment, the driver stopped the car in time and a hand quickly pulled the girl back into the car.

The clip was recorded by people riding behind the car. Afterwards, the group of people riding behind suggested calling the police to intervene.
The group continued to follow the car to an apartment complex but had no further information after that.
On the afternoon of February 4, a source said the incident happened on the night of February 3. At that time, there were at least three young men and a girl in the car.
After the clip went viral online, authorities stepped in to clarify the incident.
