Military academies and schools have fully disclosed information on enrollment according to regulations; arranged a standing unit to answer questions related to the enrollment process and priority policies in enrollment; proactively coordinated with the standing agency and agencies of the Ministry of Education and Training to upload enrollment data and compare it with preliminary data, promptly notify errors for candidates to correct. Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong agreed with the enrollment plan and admission standards for schools that have met their quotas as proposed. For schools that do not meet their quotas, additional requests will be considered based on specific situations, but not lower than the prescribed standards.

The Chief of the General Staff requested that the School Department (General Staff) - the Standing Office of the Military Recruitment Board of the Ministry of National Defense coordinate with relevant agencies to complete the benchmark plan and report to the Minister of National Defense for approval. The School Department coordinates with relevant agencies to announce the benchmark after it is approved in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. Academies and schools publicly announce the benchmark and the list of successful candidates. The Military Medical Department directs participating hospitals to coordinate with schools to conduct health check-ups for candidates in accordance with regulations; organize, direct and closely monitor the health check-up process for candidates.

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong noted that the organization of announcing benchmark scores, receiving successful candidates for admission, and health check-ups must be carried out urgently but accurately and in accordance with regulations. After candidates enroll, academies and schools must perform post-inspection well; educate about the traditions, regulations, and discipline of the school and the Army; increase exchange activities and guidance so that students can quickly integrate into the new learning environment, creating a good impression for students. The selection of candidates for training abroad and at schools outside the Army must meet standards and ensure quality.
