Professional training for tourist transport service team

The training course was attended by more than 100 students from tourism transport businesses in the province. During the 5-day course, students will be equipped with general knowledge about Vietnam tourism and Quang Binh tourism; communication skills, civilized behavior; psychology, customs and habits of tourists; and basic English knowledge to serve international guests.

The training course was attended by employees of tourism transport businesses in the province.

The training course aims to improve the quality of tourist services and professionalize the workforce in the tourism transport industry. At the same time, it contributes to standardizing the skills of the tourism service workforce; creating an environment for exchange and learning between units operating in the tourism transport sector; thereby improving the quality of services, building a friendly and professional image of Quang Binh tourism in the eyes of tourists.

Students will be equipped with communication skills, civilized behavior; psychology, customs and habits of tourists.

The training course is one of the important preparation steps of Quang Binh tourism industry towards a vibrant, safe and effective 2025 summer tourist season.
