During the working process, the delegation inspected the service quality and preparations for the delegates attending the P4G Conference. Previously, the hotels were also inspected for security, food safety, fire prevention and fighting, and other service stages. The inspection delegation acknowledged the hotels' readiness as well as their experience in welcoming and serving delegations attending world-class events. The delegation also requested that the hotels continue to review all preparation stages and service activities; thoroughly grasp the spirit of the P4G Conference to ensure that event venues, accommodations, and service stages must ensure the "green" factor, provide the best service, and bring satisfaction to the delegates.

Acknowledging the efforts to prepare conditions to serve the delegations, Deputy Director Ha Van Sieu also requested that hotels take this opportunity to promote the image of Vietnamese culture, people and tourism through providing the best service to delegates during the P4G Conference, thereby spreading Vietnamese values to the world.
