At the working session, Inspection Team 1923 announced the results and discussed contents related to the inspection of the implementation of the summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW; the organization of the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW; the dissemination and implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; the implementation of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW.
On behalf of the 1923 Inspection Team, Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi highly appreciated the fact that the Standing Committee of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee promptly followed the contents of the Party's directives and resolutions issued to organize study, dissemination, and dissemination into life; at the same time, concretized them into many documents to direct their implementation. Through study and dissemination, most cadres, party members and people in the whole province have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the meaning and importance of the contents of the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions mentioned above. The concretization of issued documents for leadership and direction of implementation is close to the actual situation of the Provincial Party Committee, the regulations and instructions of the Central Government, ensuring compliance with regulations on form, content and authority. Through implementation, many positive results have been achieved, contributing to the completion of the tasks and solutions set out. In particular, the organization of implementation and summary of the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW associated with the establishment and operation of new Party Committees were generally positive, with many results and achieved basic goals, with determination, drasticness, boldness and creativity in implementing a number of contents. The province's socio-economic development plan for 2025 (built from the end of 2024 with a growth target of 13-14%, while the Government assigned the growth target to the province after Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW was 13%, equal to the low level set by the province, so the organization of implementation of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW for the province is appropriate; the province does not have to adjust the growth plan. The province's report clearly pointed out the contribution of each project to the growth target, thus there is a basis for focusing on leadership and direction for successful implementation.

In addition to the positive results, Inspection Delegation 1923 also highly appreciated the Standing Committee of Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee for frankly recognizing the limitations in leadership and direction and promptly having solutions to effectively implement the resolutions and directives of the Central Committee in the coming time.
Speaking at the meeting, the Provincial Party Secretary agreed with and highly appreciated the inspection team's conclusions on the situation and results of the implementation of central directives and resolutions in the province as very objective, thereby helping the province clearly identify the issues that need to continue to focus on. The province seriously accepted the limitations mentioned and considered this a task that urgently needed measures and solutions to overcome to meet practical requirements.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the inspection team to pay attention to and convey the province's recommendations to the central government, which should have specific mechanisms and policies to support Ninh Thuan province in implementing development projects on renewable energy, nuclear energy, and national technology and data centers. In a period of many transitions like the present, the province also requested the central government to soon provide guidance on organizing congresses of party committees under the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Congress so that localities can proactively and thoughtfully prepare, ensuring the congresses take place successfully. Central ministries and branches also pay attention to proposing and recommending to the central government issues related to the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units in a unified and synchronous manner, especially ensuring the smooth operation of the political system and not interrupting the settlement of administrative procedures for people and businesses.
