Review and select works to participate in the contest to protect the Party's ideological foundation

The Propaganda Department of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee requested the district, city, town and party committees to conduct a preliminary review, appraisal and selection of 15 entries for the 4th Political Essay Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation in 2024.

Ha Tinh was honored to receive the award for excellent collective in organizing and implementing the 3rd Political Contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation in 2023.

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 5567-CV/HVCTQG dated February 6, 2024 of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Official Dispatch No. 2253-CV/TU dated February 21, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the implementation of the 4th Political Contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation in 2024, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department - the standing agency of the Steering Committee of 35 provinces has just issued an official dispatch requesting localities and units to well implement the following contents:

Closely follow Plan No. 2858-KH/HVCTQG, dated January 22, 2024 of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to direct the launching, organization, and implementation of the contest at the locality and unit to ensure quality, effectiveness, and suitability to the characteristics and situation of the locality and unit.

Regularly promote the implementation of the contest on mass media, social networks and through meetings and thematic activities; urge groups and individuals to actively respond and have many quality articles participating in the contest.

Review and select works to participate in the contest to protect the Party's ideological foundation

In 2023, Ha Tinh has 7,675 entries.

After launching the contest, the district, city, town and party committees are responsible for synthesizing, conducting preliminary rounds, and evaluating the entries of their localities and units and selecting 15 quality works to send to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. In particular, Tran Phu Political School, Ha Tinh Newspaper, and the Provincial Radio and Television Station select 5 quality works to send directly to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department (with a report through the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc).

For authors/groups of authors at the Party Committee: Provincial Police, Provincial Border Guard Command, Provincial Military Command: send entries to Steering Committee 35 of the above units.

For authors/groups of authors working in Party committees and Party cells at district and grassroots levels; police, military, border guards, Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at district and grassroots levels: send entries to Steering Committee 35 at district level and equivalent (through the Standing Agency, the Party Committee's Propaganda Department).

Authors/groups of authors from representative offices of press agencies and resident reporters of central newspapers located in the province send their entries to those press agencies and at the same time send a list of entries to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department for synthesis.

Localities and units report on the direction, organization, launch, implementation and results of participation in the Contest according to the attached forms to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and email address: [email protected] before June 20, 2024 for evaluation, preliminary scoring, and synthesis to send to the Central Contest Organizing Committee.
