On the weekend of November 25-26, the movie "Occupy" starring Miu Le, Phuong Anh Dao, and Lanh Thanh will premiere, promising to cause a lot of controversy because of its "hot scenes".
Occupy is the first Vietnamese psychological thriller film invested by the Korean channel KBS. Directed by Thang Vu, the film revolves around the love triangle of Phuong Anh Dao, Lanh Thanh, Miu Le and Karik.
The film is rated 18+ because it is filled with "hot scenes" of the main characters. Notably, there are love scenes between Miu Le, Phuong Anh Dao and co-star Lanh Thanh. This is the first time Miu Le has acted in a hot scene in a film.
"Occupy" is rated 18+ because of many sensitive scenes.
"I tried my best but I knew for sure that I couldn't do better than others. After filming, I stood in a corner and felt sad because I didn't do well. At that time, I was so stressed that I couldn't sleep. After the movie finished filming, the "hot" scenes were still stuck in my head for days. Luckily, we only had to film two or three takes for each scene," the singer said.
Phuong Anh Dao shared that she was very shy about watching her "hot scenes" again and did not dare to take her parents to the cinema to see this movie.
Possession opens in theaters November 24.
For audiences who love Korean movies, My Teacher is Number 1 (English title: Brave Citizen) is the top choice.
The film takes the thorny subject of bullying and exposes the brutal truths of schools in Korea - a place where seemingly only healthy education exists, but "evil seeds" are still being sown and formed. Not only using school violence as the main material, the film also cleverly addresses other painful issues such as the rich-poor divide, the violation of teachers' rights and the "expansion" of parental power in schools.
The female lead of the film is Shin Hye Sun - she once caught the attention of Vietnamese audiences in the film "Tuoi Thanh Xuan" co-starring with Nha Phuong.
From the supporting role next to Nha Phuong, Shin Hae Sun has transformed into a female justice teacher. Trying her hand at the action genre for the first time, the "Korean drama rating queen" turned into a former boxing star who had to give up her dream to become a teacher. Witnessing school violence, she decided to wear a mask to "take action on behalf of heaven". She once again affirmed her ability to transform into all types of roles and different genres of films.
My Teacher is Number 1 opens in Vietnam on November 24.
The Bridge Curse is a Taiwanese horror film that grossed 60 million NTD. Following this success, director He Yuelong made a sequel called The Bridge Curse: Ritual.
Audiences were startled by scenes in the horror movie "Requiem".
The film is inspired by another folk legend but is equally haunting. Because of performing the devil challenge at Van Hoa University, student Lien Khai mysteriously fell into a coma.
Three years later, Lian Kai's younger sister also attended this school. She accidentally found her brother's oil lamp and game diary. They played the game again and the real nightmare came.
The movie opens on November 24.
