To create a spread and promote the movement of building "Comprehensive exemplary schools", Quan Ba ​​district has supported schools with funds to build incinerators to collect and treat waste, educate students on life skills, awareness of hygiene, and protect a green, clean, and beautiful learning environment. 100% of schools have promoted their internal resources, saved costs, and mobilized social resources to build practical models for teaching and learning such as green libraries, mobile libraries, and traditional culture corners; well organized life skills education, teaching traditional culture and folk games, disseminating knowledge about the New Rural Area, and providing career orientation suitable for students at each level; schools have been allocated funds or mobilized social resources to build toilets and bathrooms to ensure sufficient service for students in the main school; organized livestock and crop farming to serve boarding meals for students.

Tung Vai Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities is considered one of the typical schools implementing the movement to build "Comprehensive Typical School" in Quan Ba ​​district. In the 2023-2024 school year, the school was assessed to achieve 154.25/164 maximum points in implementing 7 criteria with 86 component indicators of the Criteria Set according to the district's regulations, reaching 94.1%.

To achieve that result, teacher Nguyen Thi Tuyen, the school's principal, shared: Since the district had a policy and launched the movement to build "Comprehensive exemplary schools", every year we have built a plan to implement each month, each year, with each criterion; clearly defining the responsibilities of the Board of Directors, teachers, parents and students. From there, specific solutions are proposed, especially in the coordination between the school and parents.

Since implementing the movement to build “Comprehensive exemplary schools”, up to now, Quan Ba ​​district has 23/37 schools recognized as meeting the criteria of “Comprehensive exemplary schools”. This movement has created a new wind in the entire education sector of Quan Ba ​​district, changing the face of schools.

Chairman of the People's Committee of Quan Ba ​​District, Hang Duong Thanh, shared: The district's policy is to continue to spread the movement of building "Comprehensive exemplary schools" while improving the criteria and standards in recognized schools to move towards building "Happy schools". Currently, the Department of Education and Training has selected a number of schools to pilot the construction of "Bright, green, clean, beautiful, safe and happy schools". The district's goal is to build schools where students love their school, their class, are united and loving like brothers and sisters in the family; teachers love their students, are responsible for their work, and are satisfied with the working environment.
