Vinfast, Vinrobotics cooperate in scientific research training with Hanoi University of Science and Technology

On December 24, Hanoi University of Science and Technology signed a memorandum of understanding with two companies, VinFast and VinRobotics, to promote scientific research, improve practical knowledge for students, and enhance training of quality human resources for Vietnam's high-tech industry.

According to the agreement, VinFast, VinRobotics and Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) will cooperate towards the goal of improving the efficiency of training, research, innovation and development of technological products. Based on the strengths of the parties, the cooperation will contribute to creating a generation of HUST students who not only have solid professional knowledge but also practical working skills and high practical ability, meeting the demand for quality human resources for Vietnam's high-tech industry, especially in the field of electric cars, promoting a common vision of green and sustainable development in the period of 2025 - 2030.

In the field of training, VinFast and Hanoi University of Science and Technology will coordinate to develop an in-depth engineering program in digital automotive engineering, ensuring compliance with new technology trends. VinFast will also create conditions for Hanoi University of Science and Technology students to intern full-time at the company, providing opportunities to access the latest automotive manufacturing technologies, closely following reality. After graduation, Hanoi University of Science and Technology students will be supported by VinFast in job introduction and recruitment for suitable positions at the company as well as its member units.

In terms of research and development of technological products, VinFast and Hanoi University of Science and Technology will cooperate to develop products for application in VinFast's production practices. Hanoi University of Science and Technology will become a partner in researching technological solutions for the development of electric vehicles and advanced technological products of VinFast.

For VinRobotics, Hanoi University of Science and Technology will cooperate in scientific research, develop modern products and technologies with high practical applications. Hanoi University of Science and Technology will receive topics from VinRobotics, organize research, complete projects and provide solutions in the fields of robotics, artificial intelligence, and applications for member companies in the Vingroup ecosystem as well as supply to the market.

VinFast and VinRobotics will also sponsor scholarships and provide specialized training courses for students of Hanoi University of Science and Technology who meet the requirements for students majoring in Engineering.

Sharing at the signing ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Huynh Dang Chinh - Deputy Director of Hanoi University of Science and Technology shared: “We are extremely impressed with what VinFast has achieved in the past time. Electric cars are the development trend of the future, and at the same time, they are consistent with the orientation of training and developing high-quality human resources and scientific research in the field of automotive engineering of Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Through cooperation with VinFast and VinRobotics, students and lecturers of the school will have more opportunities to access advanced technologies and techniques, closely following reality to meet the requirements and demands of the labor market and recruiting units after graduation”.

Mr. Trinh Van Ngan - Deputy General Director of VinFast Global Production said: “Hanoi University of Science and Technology is one of the leading technical training institutions in Vietnam, the cradle of many talents in technology and industry for the country. Through the cooperation agreement, the two sides will join hands to promote research and application of technology to develop the Vietnamese automobile industry, thereby creating a sustainable green future together”.

The cooperation between VinFast, VinRobotics and Hanoi University of Science and Technology will not only contribute to standardizing training content and improving the quality of human resources, but also create a solid foundation and strong driving force for Vietnam's industry and technology to develop to reach the world./.
