Passengers flying domestically and internationally will be given Sky Care insurance from July 7.
Accordingly, passengers of Eco, Deluxe, SkyBoss, and Business classes will all be given comprehensive travel insurance by the airline, Sky Care. Previously, in early June, Vietjet only offered Sky Care to international passengers.

With Sky Care insurance, customers are covered for benefits ranging from reimbursement of health and medical expenses arising from accidents and illnesses (including Covid-19), to flight-related issues (such as flight delays, delayed baggage, lost baggage and identification documents), and 24/7 global medical and travel support services.
Customers will receive insurance just by successfully purchasing a ticket and taking any flight. Insurance certificate information will be updated on the airline's website or call center within 24 hours of completing the flight.
