At the invitation of Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, ASEAN Chair 2024 Sonexay Siphandone, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh led a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits and related Summits in Laos from October 8-11.
