The Hanoi People's Council has just approved the adjustment and addition of the list of land acquisition projects in the city in 2025. Specifically, the city has added land acquisition projects in 8 districts, towns and cities with a total area of ​​up to 772.5 hectares. In particular, in Long Bien district, there is a social housing construction project on land lot HH4, planning block A4 of the N10 urban subdivision planning in Ngoc Thuy ward. This project aims to build 452 social housing apartments for sale to officials, civil servants and employees of the President's office, expected to be implemented in 2028. The land area is about 7,751 m2 and TPG Group Joint Stock Company will bid to select investors.

The social housing project will be built on lot HH4, planning block A4 of the N10 urban subdivision planning, Ngoc Thuy ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi. This land has a frontage adjacent to the extended Hong Tien street, considered one of the most beautiful streets in Long Bien district.

This project has a total investment capital of up to 1,087.19 billion VND, the project is in the process of completing investment policy decision procedures.

Currently, this land has an ecological area, restaurant and 2 lakes, the rest is vacant land.

Hong Tien Street is the most beautiful street in Long Bien district, the road is 40 m wide and over 1.5 km long, with a total investment of over 1,200 billion VND. The road will be opened to traffic in 2024, this is the last section of the route connecting the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway intersection through Vinh Tuy bridge, Chuong Duong bridge to Dong Tru bridge.

Surrounding this project, there are many diverse amenities, including Ngoc Thuy market, Gia Lam market, international schools and hospitals, with distances ranging from just a few hundred meters to more than 1 km.
