The pair of stocks of the Hoang Huy family, Hoang Huy Financial Services Investment (TCH) and Hoang Huy Services Investment (HHS), were unexpectedly dumped to the floor in the afternoon session this afternoon, August 8, with the matching volume and floor selling surplus skyrocketing, especially at TCH.
About an hour and a half into the afternoon session, rumors emerged that TCH shares were being inspected by authorities for transactions in the 2021-2022 period.
The market immediately reacted to the above information, as shown by the fact that TCH shares hit the floor with a continuous number of selling surpluses and a record increase in matched order volume.
As of 2:15 p.m. on August 8, TCH's matched order volume had reached nearly 20 million units, with a floor sell surplus of more than 14 million units, a sharp increase compared to the last 4 sessions with a matched volume of about 11.5 million units.
Considered to be a "collateral damage", the stock of the same Hoang Huy family as HHS also hit the floor with a matched volume of nearly 3.3 million units, with a floor sell surplus of 2.46 million units.
Many brokers advise clients that in the context of a bad market, having just experienced strong trading sessions, if a stock is involved in a negative rumor, they should immediately sell MP orders (match at all costs) to avoid account losses due to price drops following rumors.
In fact, TCH shares have been favored by cash flow in the recent period thanks to their competitive advantages and the main growth driver coming from the potential for price increases from a large land fund in Thuy Nguyen district (Hai Phong) - expected to develop into a new multi-industry economic center of Hai Phong.
Currently, Hoang Huy is implementing the construction of three projects here, including: Do Muoi Urban Area, Grand River and Hoang Huy New City. It is expected that the projects will benefit in terms of selling price and absorption rate in the next 3-5 years thanks to the potential long-term development of the Hai Phong real estate market.
