(Dan Tri) - Hanoi People's Committee has decided to reclaim 3,557m2 of land belonging to the 20% land fund of the Golden - Land Building Trade - Service Center and Housing project, No. 275 Nguyen Trai.
Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 653 on the recovery of 3,557m2 of land (land plot N02) in Decision No. 2275 dated March 26, 2013 of Hanoi People's Committee.
According to the decision, the above land area of Hung Viet Trading Joint Stock Company was allowed by the Hanoi People's Committee to be used as part of the 20% land fund of the Golden - Land Building Trade - Service - Housing Center project at 275 Nguyen Trai Street (Thanh Xuan District).
The Hanoi People's Committee said that the reason for the revocation was to comply with the Government Inspectorate's Conclusion on the change of land use purpose from production and business land to land business and housing construction in the 2011-2019 period of state-owned enterprises and equitized enterprises.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the above-mentioned recovered land area to the Hanoi Land Fund Development Center for management and proposed an exploitation plan according to regulations. The Hanoi People's Committee requested Hung Viet Trading Joint Stock Company to hand over an area of 3,557m2 of land (plot NO2) according to the land recovery decision of the City People's Committee.
The company contacts the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to resubmit land use documents and work with relevant departments and branches to carry out investment and tax procedures according to regulations.
In October 2024, the Government Inspectorate announced the conclusion of the inspection of the conversion of land use purposes from production and business to land business and housing construction in the period 2011-2019 of state-owned enterprises and equitized enterprises.
Regarding the 275 Nguyen Trai project, according to the inspection conclusion of the Government Inspectorate in October 2024, this project, due to capital contribution not in accordance with regulations, the Hanoi People's Committee reclaimed 23,380m2 of production land of Precision Mechanical Joint Stock Company No. 1, and transferred it to Hung Viet Trading Joint Stock Company to implement a housing project, without compensation and site clearance for auction according to regulations.
Precision Engineering Joint Stock Company No. 1 transferred 3.2 million shares in Hung Viet Company to Hoang Huy Financial Services Investment Joint Stock Company at par value, without auction or share valuation. This was concluded to be a violation of the Government's decree.
