In addition, the Vietnam Internet Center (Ministry of Information and Communications) has provided solutions for Youth Union chapters, members and youth through the topic "Application of national domain names "id.vn" and "org.vn" when building websites and benefits and support policies when registering national domain names ".vn" to enhance the effectiveness of building systems and communication tools of Youth Union and Association organizations.

The Youth Media Center (Central Youth Union) has also coordinated with relevant units to launch an artificial intelligence assistant application called “AI of the Youth Union” at https://ai.ttnmedia.vn. This promises to become a powerful support tool for Youth Union officials in creating rich media products suitable for young people.
Within the framework of the program, the Central Youth Union and the Ministry of Information and Communications launched two website design competitions: “Creative Youth – For Youth Union bases” and “Youth Diary – For Youth Union members and young people”. The competitions will take place from September to December, with a total prize value of 200 million VND.

Speaking at the program, Comrade Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, affirmed: in the context of digital transformation taking place strongly around the world, the young generation needs to be pioneers in approaching and applying technology. Therefore, the Youth Union also needs to grasp new and modern communication trends to increase the effectiveness of propaganda and spread meaningful messages to the whole society.
