(NLDO) - Mr. Dau An Phuc was appointed by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee as Director of the City's Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board.
On December 4, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee held a ceremony to award decisions to officials, chaired by Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai.
At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Home Affairs announced the decision of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on appointing Mr. Dau An Phuc, Vice Chairman of District 12 People's Committee, to hold the position of Director of the City's Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board.

Congratulating the new Director of the Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai asked Mr. Dau An Phuc to quickly start his new job, focusing on implementing the city's key infrastructure projects; removing difficulties and obstacles at the Xuyen Tam Canal project and the Bo Bac - Kenh Doi project.
The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also noted that the management work must comply with the Party's regulations and the State's laws; ensure the stability of the organizational apparatus at the unit, ensure effective coordination between departments, enhance public service responsibilities; and avoid risks and temptations.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Dau An Phuc pledged to unite with the leadership and staff of the Ho Chi Minh City Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board and strive to complete the set goals, ensuring the quality and progress of the city's key projects.
Mr. Dau An Phuc was born in 1973; has a master's degree in urban construction management; a bachelor's degree in politics. He has held the following positions: Director of the Center for Management and Operation of Public Passenger Transport - Department of Transport; Vice Chairman of District 12 People's Committee.
