On the afternoon of April 1, Comrade Lai Van Hoan, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with the delegation of the Association of Exporters and Importers of the Russian Federation led by Mr. Artur Dmitrievich, Vice Chairman of the Association of Exporters and Importers of Russia. Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Lai Van Hoan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee welcomed the delegation of the Association of Exporters and Importers of the Russian Federation to survey, learn and research investment cooperation opportunities in Thai Binh and affirmed the good traditional friendship between Vietnam and the Russian Federation over the past 75 years.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee introduced general information about the potentials and strengths of the province's socio-economic development, the business investment environment, and the development orientation of the province, emphasizing: Thai Binh is located in the economic growth triangle of Hanoi - Hai Phong - Quang Ninh, the regional transportation system is synchronous and is being invested in modernly. The province has an Economic Zone and a system of industrial parks and industrial clusters with large industrial development land funds, available clean land, and synchronously invested technical infrastructure. Abundant human resources and well-trained skills with good quality meet the recruitment needs of investors when implementing projects. Thai Binh actively reforms administrative procedures, improves the business investment environment and always accompanies, supports, and removes difficulties to help businesses develop stably and effectively. Thai Binh province always accompanies, supports, and creates the most favorable conditions for investors throughout the process of investment research, project implementation, and production and business activities in the province.

Mr. Artur Dmitrievich, Vice President of the Association of Import-Exporters of the Russian Federation, expressed his pleasure to visit and work in the province and thanked the province for its warm welcome. Mr. Artur Dmitrievich said: The Association is the largest organization in the Russian Federation and possesses unique expertise and practical experience in foreign economic activities. The Association's goal is to bring common benefits in the field of development and improvement of the activities of import-export enterprises, as well as cooperation with foreign partners to improve the foreign economic environment. The Association is actively promoting the development and strengthening of cooperation between Russian and Vietnamese enterprises, raising awareness of the business communities of the two countries about the prospects and opportunities for cooperation, expanding the scope of trade, and finding new partners. The goal of this working trip is to create favorable conditions for Russian enterprises to invest in the province and at the same time support Vietnamese manufacturers to penetrate the Russian market in the most favorable way. The Association will inform Russian businesses about the province's advantages and the province's investment attraction policies and mechanisms so that Russian businesses can invest in Thai Binh.
