At the meeting, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DONRE) reported on the progress of the 2025 Land Price List. Accordingly, to date, localities have provided information for the consulting unit and the DONRE to synthesize and adjust the land price list, replacing the old land price list in accordance with the provisions of the 2023 Land Law. It is expected that the consultation on the draft Land Price List 2025 will be completed before November 5 to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council meeting at the end of the year for unanimous approval, taking effect in early 2025.
Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.
Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and related units and localities to comply with the provisions of the Land Law and related legal documents to accelerate the completion of the draft Land Price List 2025. Localities need to conduct surveys and collect information on the market value of land in the area to build a new price list in an objective and accurate manner. The consulting unit for building the land price list needs to work with each locality to collect information promptly and process input information to have a basis for adjusting land prices appropriately. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment consults with agencies, appraisal councils, and localities, and posts it on the electronic information portal for people to comment; ensure publicity and transparency in the process of building and adjusting the land price list to ensure the rights of related parties, while being fair and effective; ensure that the new land price list not only reflects the true market value but also supports sustainable economic development.
