Some areas have changed positively; the trade, tourism, service and industrial sectors have increased quite well; the agricultural and rural economy has maintained stable growth, the scale of high-tech agricultural production has exceeded the set target. The total state budget revenue in the area is estimated at 4,248 billion VND, up 7.1% over the same period, exceeding 6.2% of the plan. The disbursement of public investment capital basically met the target; Business activities have shown signs of recovery. State management of land, minerals and environmental protection has been strengthened; land bottlenecks have been gradually removed. Key projects and driving forces have been focused on accelerating progress. The progress of industrial cluster infrastructure implementation is slow, the occupancy rate of industrial parks is low; some new production capacity projects in industry and electricity are slow to complete.
Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that departments and localities promote their spirit and responsibility to complete the tasks of 2024; continue to strengthen the implementation of measures to increase budget revenue, accelerate project progress, and strive to disburse 100% of the assigned capital plan. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned departments, branches, and localities to review and improve the quality of new rural criteria; promote the development of high-tech agricultural production. Promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in policies and mechanisms, especially obstacles in the implementation plan of Power Plan VIII, energy projects, and transmission infrastructure. Implement the plan to implement the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; soon complete the Thanh Son Airport Planning, and speed up the construction progress of new urban projects.
